Include your business hours.
Include your physical address and mailing address.
Include all phone and FAX numbers, with area code. (For out of town viewers)
If you have an after hours phone, list it, or advise if answer machine/answering service.
Include e-mail(s).
Give a brief description of your service, operations or type of merchandise.
If merchant, list name brands.
Advise if you deliver.
If merchant, provide payment policy, i.e. cash only or credit cards, checks, etc.
Advise if credit is available.
Upon holidays or special events you may list days to be closed, just e-mail me.
Provide or request from me at least 4 pictures of your business.
(I have a scanner and a digital camera for this)
Consider listing date business started.
List any other items of interest to customers about your business.
If you have a yellow pages ad, list page of ad in WHICH book.
Be creative, you are selling your service or merchandise.
